i become of the lumia 800 family today! im a blue lumia, just wanna ask, how long does it takes to fully charge lumia? plus do i still need to force update? or i just can update normally now?

How does the new update improve our lumia battery life?is it by minimizing the power consumption during the idle? Coz after dull charge, my phone battery status showed i only have 5 hours of juice before it runs out. Is the battery status can be truated?

but my lumia is acting weird. i fully charged, so the battery showed 100%. But the estimated hours left showe 5 hours!
is this normal?

ok i will my lumia battery drop till it warns me, then i full charge again. just now i checked my phone, 85%, 10 hours. haiyaaa,,, so worry

is it possible that im still new with my lumnia that the battery is not 'contidion' with my style? coz i have heard that there are some lumnia user who experienced increased battery life as the days goes by. How long have u have ur lumnia? i have my lumnia for just for 4 days only. Hoping that as i get more days with my lumnia the battery life will increase tho.....

yesterday i let my lumia battery runs till it warns me then i charged till full, and it can last 12 hours, with 20 minutes of GPS, 30 minit browsing and 15 minit of whatsapps and also wifi on. hoping that tomorrow it will last longer, perhaps 3 days like u guys.

is ur 'estimated time remaining' accurate?

same with me, been trying since 12 pm today. it only showed apps that already installed in my lumia. when i try to search for new apps, it just tell me that somehow i spelled it wrong. are you guys having this problem too? perhaps it is caused by our telco? im using Digi btw.

you can try hard reset, by pressing down button + Power button together. u will lost all ur data tho.

my gf had this problem wit her 610. After she changed into a new microsim, the problem solved. Sometime when u cut the sim manually, part of the sim is disturb. If im not mistaken, u can changed into a new microsim for rm 10, n ur new sim can be use after one hour.

mine always got notify, what u need to do is, u cannot send ur whatsapp throught wifi (if the chat meant to be a long conversation), it need to be through 3g, bcoz wifi will automatically off during screen lock, hence u will be getting ur msg only after u open whatsapps again. 2nd, u need to untick the bactery saver mode, this is because whatsapps will be running in the background, so if u on the battery saver mode, it wont running, so no more push notification. i whatsapps without any delayed msges, accept whatssapps is tooo lagging in WP7, waiting for the update. so to summarize

1- always send through 3g
2- untick battery saver mode

alhamdulillah i finally update my L800 to 7.8!

im using seven-eighter, try the force update using zune but its too delicate la to do, i manage tu update once using that method than xtahan dah

from 7.5 to 7.8 need to update 3 times!

quite impress with the new apps for 7.8/8.0..

especially the photo photobeamer, and ringtone maker!
