Btw why I can't install apps? It says that the apps is not supported for my region

So i set malaysia but why facebook apps not available? I thought fb shud b general not country spesific

Why whenever I trying to make a call the screen become blank (in black)? And it seems that I cant receive incoming call cos I always receive miscall sms notification

I did hard reset but still cant install facebook. Regarding the black screen, I didnt cover with screen protector. I done proximity check and have no problem with the sensor but still the screen turn black whenever I try to make or answer a call...
