i check at nokia malaysia lumia 800 already have the update but when i check at zune theres no update at all. hmm anyone can help me?

just follow this instruction

1. Start your timer as soon as you click update.
2. Take note of the time it takes to check for update. (Mine was 11-12 seconds, unlike the 6 seconds reported in nodo's method).
2a. Repeat the update check.
3. Click disable network adaptor about 1 second before your recorded time in step 3.
4. It'll probably fail. Scale back one second earlier on your timer. Repeat 1 second back every retry. You will hit the sweet spot for your setup and update will be found.
