forumers,
i'm having problem with nokia lumia 800 usb connection with pc via zune/mass storage. been googling for quite sometime now.. but it didnt resolve my issue. tried windows fixit and it still didnt fix the problem.. appreciate all the help i can get XP warning ! image size is big (sorry, tried to resize but end up cant read.) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

i bought a 2nd hand phone. so i didnt know if he/she had installed navifirm .. etc..
can you guide me in fixing this ? i'm new to lumia and WP. |

tried :
- hard reset/soft reset (3 button press). - other pc (2 pc including mine) - install/uninstalled zune for quite sometime now. ;( |
