Phone just dropped and my touch screen doesn't work. Restarted the phone and it worked for awhile. After that, the touch screen no longer works no matter how many times I restarted. Buttons are still functioning. Is it possible the sensor is damaged?
Anyone experienced this before? Heard that Amcorp Mall can service it but it will take 3-4 days. |

In any event, if you bring your phone to a Nokia Store for repair, you can ask for a temporary phone in which you'll get the same model for temporary usage until they passed back yours. This is however subject to availability.  I brought it to the Nokia Care centre in Amcorp Mall. Very few people in the morning, which is a good time to go. My phone is still under warranty (staff checked imei from phone, no need for warranty card, just bring in case). Staff wanted to lend a temporary phone but my sim card doesn't fit and their phone is half broken so end up no temporary phone borrowed. Gave me a receipt. Software problem should be 3 - 4 days.
