I still dun really know the scenes work, I only put either auto or macro. I always increase the contrast. White balance I'm not that sure, I just agak2 and see which 1 got the best colour.

Dayum, what did you guys do to the camera options..

The photos look fake with their over-saturated colours... And the contrast is just too much..

try avoid touching saturation. U set wrong will become like danielmugen photos looks abit funny.

I love the idea of "Rooms" actually. Even I know it can be done inside Whatsapp and other apps. Somehow I think it is a cool feature.

Hye all. Just bought lumia 800 black last week. So far so good. The smoothness is tempting although it is single core compared to my quad core s3.  I faced a few problems (minor i think)

1) sometimes 'marketplace is not available at the moment'
2) what is the latest os version? And what is the latest firmware revision no? Everytime i connect my lumia to zune, there is always an update. And every update took ages to be completed.
3) and until now i cant download twitter app. It stated that my firmware is not up to date.

Other than that, it is a great phone. Cant wait 7.8 to be coming to malaysia :-)

Hurt....due to the heat? This 1 I'm not sure. For me it gets hot fast when I browse using 3G and the signal is weak.
Untick the battery saver I think.

But 1 thing, the old casing became like this. The phone's body also same. Common issue, I heard.

hmm, i wonder if anyone tried this.. during a call last night, using headphones, i decided to browse the net.. but the screen randomly shutting itself down after awhile especially when in the horizontal position.. anyone faced this problem before?

true, but they never specify which country first.

if i'm not mistaken, when they launched the previous latest 7.5 firmware update, Malaysia is one of the few last countries to get it so i'm not surprised for the 7.8 that will also be the case.

whatever it is, though i'm very excited to get the new home screen because i will no longer have a very looooong home screen hahaha but other than that, the vital improvements isn't much so yeah, doesn't hurt to wait.

alhamdulillah i finally update my L800 to 7.8!

im using seven-eighter, try the force update using zune but its too delicate la to do, i manage tu update once using that method than xtahan dah

from 7.5 to 7.8 need to update 3 times!

quite impress with the new apps for 7.8/8.0..

especially the photo photobeamer, and ringtone maker!
