1st time I dealt with dhui was back in august for some galaxy s2 & s advance casings and sticky pads. deal went smoothly, item arrived quick and in good condition.

Recently i decided to get different color casing for the same phones, as usual the item arrived as quick as promised, BUT the s advance casing had some defect so it cant fit perfectly. I contacted dhui and he coolly asked me for a pic of the defect. Without much hassle, he agreed to send me another one, FOC.

Then the replacement arrived. In his haste to send me the replacement, he decided to use normal envelope hence resulting in the replacement being damaged in shipment! I hesitated to complain since this is already a replacement unit but decided to go ahead and tell dhui about it.

Again, he quickly apologised, and the next day, he already posted the item and gave me the tracking number, FOC!

Finally item arrived last friday in perfect condition. My wife is happy and we are left with 2 unusable s advance casings as proof of Dhui's unquestionable 101% customer service & satisfaction. keep up the good work bro!
