Hello all lyn forumers

As an official distributor of MT Sandpaper in Malaysia, i wonder what do all of you think of getting MT Wet & Dry Black sand Sandpaper at Rm0.45 FLAT and Riken White Sand Sandpaper at RM0.55 FLAT for all grits compared to RM1 plus or cheaper if you buy in bulk from the hardware shop or trading company?

some are still using eagle/sparrow which is much more expensive but then lower in quality and durability not realising that their worker or immigrant labour are not using them wisely.

anyway, i hope to find contract painters for the painting jobs i am going to get from factories or big project. and please advise me if sending requests to factory to suggest them repaint their factory is viable. i am also worried of the difficulty to get the payment and how to quote the price for painting factory? it is calculated by the factory area o depends whether the ceiling or other stuff is painted? and does it work also if i get job for you and you supply sandpaper from me? sorry that i have to set this so straight. i mean business, long term business.

and, anyone here sub their jobs from sunway construction?
