 Diablo 3 launch error, client not updating

woke up today and launch diablo, but seems like my client is stuck saying that updating tools stuck at 0%

anyone else facing this problem?

30 mins wait still nothign. bah this is ridiculous

Added on May 25, 2012, 10:12 amceh. i just run the launcher as administrator, updating now
