Butcher easy only, if you see him blow fire out means he is going to charge already. Get out of the Line of Sight. Try to hit him with Seven Sided Strikes w/ the first Rune (i always use first rune)

if the floor is going to 'catch fire', run close to the healing well, never ever spam use healing well, use the Passive skill where you cooldown reduces by 15% - it'll help a lot for Breath of Heaven.

2) Bowman, molten + vortex + i dont remember the 3rd ability.
