to find Development Hell
- it's random dungeon at Cemetry of the Forsaken - available at Nightmare+ (not sure) - after defeating Skeleton King, go to the cemetery. usually only got 3 entrance to the crypt. - if got 4, one of them lead to Development Hell. |

Finally able to solo inferno butcher with my barb..skipped all the elite and go for butcher.. 7.7k DPS, 5.7k Armor 20k hp before buff
