as per commitment i'm not sure, for me i play 10-3am daily
example,

for leveling, Act 3 hell will do..
we make 3 (4ppl) group and farm whatever gold blue items we got, for yellow (keep it to urself or share with the team)
and the end of the week we vote 1 person and gip him money go buy whatever he want..
then do the same, next week vote again for other ppl, till everyone got their turn.

well u can try with those taiko around here...
