need some advice.

my pc spec
Intel core2 quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz
Ram 3.00 GB
NVIDIA Geforce 9800 GT

Putting the games graphic in lowest setting still not that smooth.
Is there any suggestions of which component should i upgrade?

i suggest read through if u wan a detail understand of pc specification levels on current market.

but 9800 gt should be fine. maybe your cpu speed is too low. have u try diff driver for your card?

just update my driver. Hmm... the pc is been a while. Old.

So you mean not GC but the processor is slow?
