Heard rare is 0.01% = toto 4D
So legend & set should < 0.01% ~ LOL

i see legendary normally got no stats... i prefer rare which has high stats better than legendary @@

normally legendary item is just legendary for it stupid stat

if you love money thn pick it and sell it blacksmith can help you earn money whn reach lvl10, u need a 6 stats recipe and luck to craft it, if got nice stats, gg.

actually it is better to buy at ah compare to craft at blacksmith but i think you should upgrade it to lvl10 since there is a achievement and blizzard will rework on blacksmith system later. i think.

invest jewelcrafting first . blacksmith can do last anyway , imo
