You can change server but you have to start from the beginning.
No items can be transferred. Asia will have different drops since there is no RMAH on that server.

tested.. can play at same time.. EU & US differently.. so if i play hardcore US the barbarian hero death... i can play barbarian at EU or asia region? thanks alot!

from what i know u cannot do this. Once u choose a server say, US server, any heroes u create is stuck there. Cannot transfer to other servers.. sad.gif
