Hi all sifu,
Any sifu here answer my questions based on the image below? I've a 13-14inch beam from ceiling, so I want to even out my L-Box same level with the beam, but the contractor says too low the T5 wont be able to light to the ceiling, hence, will cause the room not bright enough. Any idea?

The bottom of the L box can still be level with the bottom of your 13-14 inch beam , Any sifu here answer my questions based on the image below? an option is that the L box opening are higher near the ceiling, thus the "chin" of the L box will be longer than regular L box.
There is no rule that the L box opening must be of any standard distance from the bottom of the L box base.
