Battle.net Mobile Authenticator

anyone did this before ? .. i cant finish the step 3 ...keep saying Invalid ID

the code i get it from my ipod touch ..US-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx <<< like this

but is still fail ...invalid ...why ?

did u try without the "-"? im bb user.. idk bout iphone

yea with out the "-" ..still cannot dono why Q.Q

I had the exact same issue. Try remove your sms protection thingy and then add the authenticator again.

If that still doesn't work, you gotta call/email Blizzard support. And if you're calling them, be prepared to be in a very loooong queue call. I waited for 1 hour+, but the issue was solved fairly quickly. Now both my Authenticator and SMS protection are activated.

how because of what ? ? how to solve ?..its the sms protection problem ? ...coz i got active my sms protection too ...

Erm..try logging in to Battlenet (SEA, not US), and enable the sms protection. It might work or might not.
