I work there before .....lol

But SESCO Miri ...been there forgot how many months then in dilemma to accept my oversea job or stay but in the end i quit.

I'm Chinese and owes been call in for OT on Saturday ....the OT also i dunno what for just sit and relax.

I go work on time only the first week then everyone seems going to work late coz no punch card system. The 2nd week i go in pretty late then once i reach office let everyone see my face and i go out for my lunch and went home sleep. Then around 2pm or 3pm i go back office. Then most of the time 4pm i went back home to avoid traffic. My job there pretty easy just check QC and key the info into the system after those technician carried out their job and i approve their work.

Benefits not as good as they are still under government as from what i told by those senior. But i attend quite a number of courses for that few months and upon my resignation they even mail me an appreciation cert for working with them.

sesco in kuching is less 'laid back' and seemed more busy. but it also depends on what department you're in, and how committed are you to your work.

Some company are quite attentive to SPM certs as well. I have been through interviews where they later request me to send in photocopied SPM result. From this, I can assume that SPM does carry weight in recruitment decisions, besides the more obvious ones eg. diploma & degree. Maybe someone with HR experience can explain its importance.

being a big GLC, you've gotta bring all your certs, even your curriculum cert if you have. they may not even look at it, but just in case, some might be very picky.

and btw, losing your spm cert says something about you, especially in an interview room.
