 1) Overbuffs an ability or class 2) Hears player complaints 3) NERF TO THE GROUND! 4) Hears player QQ about the nerf Several months later... 5) Buffs the same ability or class slightly to silence QQers 6) Hears more player complaints 7) NERFS EVEN HARDER TO THE GROUND!
