hello all can anyone tell me where do i find the lock button effects? i cant find it .... my fren has a tv mode effect on the lock button. but he forget where is it ady~ please help me ..... another question is can i change the way or change the themes on answering phones? it is not very convenient

i just root my note so how am i suppose to get custom rom? ermmm.... if use custom rom need delete everything?
