Mine after full charge just now, I saw the heavy deleted wakelock 20% but battery life still ok.. If after few cycle of charging still have random heavy wake lock, maybe we should try other kernel by then..

Need some info, like my Taiwan ics rooted, if I performed factory reset, is the root still in take? Is it safe to do so? icon_question.gif

Please specify on what step u hv done so far.. Then, the sifu here can help u..

Don't simply factory reset. You're probably on an unsafe kernel since you're on rooted LPF ROM.

Currently using it for my rocket rom v2... Much more snappier now

Nice to know. I think I'll flash to RR V2 first before flashing the Franco kernel. Lazy download 500MB+ on my slowmyx. Besides i have to download the stock theme for another 100MB+ somemore. rclxub.gif

There is never any such flash counter if you rae using recovery mode to flash
Flash counter only if you use Odin in PC to flash NON-official and custom roms
*
I think he's having the continuous counting after reboot recovery from abyss

Btw, after roughly 2 days with RR v2 + SIII theme, found out the battery life is quite good.  biggrin.gif

uncle you suddenly change avatar I cannot recognize laugh.gif
Now we have 3 custom kernels on ICS: Franco R3, SpeedMod and ChainFire

There is a disclaimer by CF on the kernels:

Be warned that *all* of the above kernels may be suffering from the superbrick bug

YES - that is the best method from any other ICS roms

However if you care to read the users review and also some user experiences here, no idea why some of them faced constant reboot of the rom after install. So for such users no choice but to revert back to GB rom and start from the GB rom. I'd suggest you restore back your GB rom from your nandroid backup ( if you have such  backup ) and start from there - it is a 100 % guarantee success in installing it
*
some people do have constant boot problem if coming directly from GB to RR.

As recommended by developer flash LPY rom first n move forward from there
I did it withoput flashing LPY for a friend today , phone went into continuous bootloop even moving from another ICS rom ( Alba)
I flash mine directly from CyanogenMod no problem

Added on May 28, 2012, 9:36 pm
I already ordered it ; probably getting it this Wed
*
so what you did with your friend's phone in boot loop? PC Odin to LPY ROM then CWM Recovery Flash to RR V2?

just done flashing to RR V2 from RR V1 without wipe data. Only cache and dalvik wipe.
Gonna flash the SG3 theme. Just flash in CWM Recovery and select flash from zip as usual?
