Hey Jesslin I found this website when reading the Edge. They're called www.kaodim.com. A platform for people to find and compare contractors and a lot of other service providers. You just put in a request and they connect you with several contractors who give you quotes to compare prices. Also can compare profiles that they have on the website, a bit like Facebook profiles with pictures and all of the past work so its very useful. Some of the contractors though didn't put profile pictures. I used them once and now kinda addicted

done neatly and fast rectification and response
he will give you ideas, honest opinion, and help you to save money but with premium outlook.

he has a very experience and good tile sifu.
but you should expecting long delivery.
they do it very slowly and neat and nice.

You may want to have another option to try for this. I used him for anything that need to be fixed for my new house and old house.
Reasonable price and not very calculative. So far, the outcome is good for me.
