Well, from what I read, I do find the comment above is racist. Just in case you don't know, there are a lot of GOOD sales people out there, at least they don't argue with potential customer. This is a basic sales skill. Everyone who calls or ask a question can be a potential buyer, even if the buyer might not be doing any research, but they can just walk in and buy, just like what I used to do. Thus, to some people, customer service is very important, far more important than a Degree from London or what not.

Anyhow, I think you have not been to Low Yat often enough, there are GOOD sales person who aren't Pakistan, and they give decent price, and great customer service. Please do understand, I'm talking about a good customer service, but not asking people to treat like GOD. If you are going to buy something from a lousy seller, then better pray hard you don't need to go back for warranty issue. As when you are the one holding the money to give profit to the seller, yet the seller can yell at you, or being rude to you. What do you expect when you bring it back for warranty which you'll cause him more trouble than money?

This is a public forum, if a good seller, perhaps can just close the case off in a better way than argue on a public forum which may cause bad image to him. There's a PM button to solve it, and I don't think there's anyone will be that naive to expect only GOOD comments/feedback but not any negative feedback at all. If just a sentence from a potential customer also can't handle, what else can he handle?

Personally, I don't think you handle his comment very well. Be it you have proof or not, or whoever is right or wrong. It's still your fault for having a full upper case letters reply to your potential buyer. This is a public forum, where anyone can comment whether they like you or not, if you're matured and professional enough, you should know how to handle it the better way.

Anyhow, this bump wouldn't look good on you either, thus nothing to be happy about also.
