My battlnet account was initially attached with an authenticator. Then when diablo3 was almost launched, I sign up for battlnet SMS alert.

Then since I always forget to bring out my physical authenticator, I decided to removed it and then re-attached my account with a mobile authenticator.

Ever since, I am unable to attach the authenticator. BOth the mobile and the physical one. It keep on telling me that my serial number for the authenticator is WRONG, when it's perfectly correct. I even sent Blizzard the picture for proof.

I already open a ticket since 19th May, and all I get is useless response every 2 day.

Then I got hacked. So sux

THEN, thanks to spongebob squarepant, telling me that I should REMOVED my battlnet SMS alert FIRST, then only attach my authenticator.

and them, BHAM, it works.
