edit: buah epal got sued in Aus by consumer rights group because their advertisement for new Ip*d indicates LTE support but the LTE band in Aus is not supported.

my car this morning could not start. cos couldnt depress the brake pedal.
what i did:
1. insert key to slot
2. depress the brake pedal (at this time it was ok)
3. did not push start button
4. realised i forgot to unlock my steering lock
5. release brake and eject the key
6. unlock my steering lock
7. insert key to slot again
8. depress brake pedal but it was locked. very stiff cant go down at all

then:
1. release handbrake and engage again - same
2. went out of car and lock it then open again - same
3. went away and left it for 5 minutes - same
4. call both iCare and the emergency number - one only available office hour, the other masuk voicemail
5. now i really boil liao
6. flip user manual try to find alternative way - none
7. now i sweating and really boil
8. repeatedly fucuk the brake pedal (yes, literally raping it)

then:
1. put it in On mode (press the button without brake will move u from off -> acc -> on -> off)
2. orange light at push start button
3. according to user manual, if become green then ready to start
4. fucuk the brake pedal
5. miraculously, seems to be able to depress little by little
6. light at push start button sometimes flick to green
7. when green immediately push button
8. first 2 times engine crank but fail cos light change back orange
9. 3rd time manage to start my car successfully.

NOW I AM STILL BOILING. left a voicemail at the emergency assist number. if they dont call me i will call them and fucuk the gaogao like how i fucuk my brake pedal!!

i will strongly advise u drive it to SC now. there's a case in cari forum that the driver can not start the car because some component(important one) inside the car are faulty lead not the motherboard refuse to give signal for u to start the car engine.

this is a safety features like other conti car as well. the system will perform a check to all the parts and confirm its not malfunction before it allow you to start the car.
*
i will when i appointment for 1k service. now is 700km already.
will fucuk iCare later. confirm.

btw, steering lock = those external type. the key i attach with my car key so have to eject it.
my CFE also no REAL steering lock.

ha ha ..I also faced this problem..after experimenting for 5 minutes i managed to start...still wondering how i did it... rclxub.gif so many tries...
*
bro u faced this problem?

ok guys, managed to speak to someone on breakdown assist. the person who answered my phone couldnt help me so he transfered me to his supervisor or manager. sorry forgot to ask name.

in summary, he said that our Preve should push start the first time u enter the car and depress the brake. if u press brake then release and press again, maybe will happen like my case. (i didnt tell him that it was OK when i depress it first time before i release to open steering lock).
i asked:
1. if happen my case accidentally, wat should i do? he said dont fucuk the pedal cos it may damage the brake sensor. just press push start button 1 time to go to Acc or On mode. the button will show orange colour. then wait for it to green and start. cos "Preve manyak electronic device/setting". once turn green then can start.
another way is switch off everything and leave car for 5-10 minutes then try again. (i tried this in morning but still cant)
2. will in happen when car is in motion?
he said no. once start will no problem. but make sure car carpet is at correct place and didnt "move up".

if still worried can just drive in to any branch service center to request check. no need appointment. advise dun go those authorised SC but branch SC.

Guys,

The good news is, after fucuking here & there I was finally informed by my SA that my Solid White CFE has just now been delivered to his showroom. My Chassis no. is 45XX. Thank God. I'm glad I haven't been fucuking my SA so bad instead I email directly to i-Care, talk2us, as well as aftersales email as per instructed by my now official Sifu here bro WhiTe LiGhteR tongue.gif

The bad news is, I won't be able to make it to our very first AGM/Convention/Meeting/TT this coming sunday as I have to go back in my hometown to buy my registration number. Therefore bro WhiTe LigHteR, please PM me your email address so that I can pass the required document to you for the upcoming TT. Seek your assistance to just compile the required data, and you can have it email back to me later that sunday so I can put in proper form to be submitted to ROS.

some say if no lift up under hot sun, rubber wil spoil cos in contact with the hot windscreen.
some say if lift up, mechanism will spoil and if the rubber degrade then it wont rest fully on the windscreen when u put it down, hence unclean swipe.

since both also got unproven theories, i choose not to lift up. if want fart, no need pull down pants ma....

i just pumped full tank, total mileage 690+ with 64km to zero. if kira 750km, total pumped to date is RM160 = 84 liters, fc = 11.2L/100km. car average fc display as 11.5, so quite close la.
average speed displayed is 27km/h.
now full tank primax95 rm75. see how far can go. already reset one of the trip meter.
