I thought it's already void the moment you aren't on stock rims.

i think can not.. might need a low profile tyres...

Actually not a bad idea to have a spare rim in case we hit a huge pothole. Trouble is where to keep this rim. Another thing that needs consideration is all 4 buyers have to be staying in the same state as the seller.

I booked on 8th May and my SA just called me saying he has a silver CFE for me. Chassis number 37xx. Had to reject since my FD isn't maturing till early June. So the good news for everyone is that the cars are coming.

I booked from a dealer la. So if they can get, I see no reason why PE branches can't

BTW, the ironic thing about directly under the main company (ie, Proton-Proton Edar) is that the own retail network are tend to be "di anak-tirikan" one. You'll be surprised that Proton (and other companies out there) actually prioritize the dealers first before their own sales channel.

I was in retail industry for a particular Japanese electronic brand before and I encounter  a lot these shit from HQ. Whatever good things, dealers first. We are the last to get it. They even grade the dealers too, Platinum, Gold, Silver. Platinum meaning they get all the good things and best rates first, followed by Gold, then silver and finally the own company's retail channel.

If like that, why buy from PE's own branches who don't give discounts?

Hmm, suddenly in my mind come out another question:

How do we know whether the turbo work or not work in our CFE Engine?
*
Go find an IAFM to drive. When/If your turbo fails, it should feel exactly like a non-turbo IAFM. tongue.gif

Apologies but I wasn't meaning to 'scare' you but the best way to know if Preve's turbo has failed should be when it's performance becomes similar to the IAFM.

.. it is better to deal with a branch rather than dealer...
*
Not sure how 'better' is defined here.

If it means branch gives personal discount/gifts and dealers don't, then it's opposite of the truth

If it means branch has priority over new cars allocation, one needs to consider PE has only a handful of actual branches as compared to a long list of dealers. So, if only these handful of branches gets allocated with Preves, then I can't see how anyone will continue to be a dealer.
