My SA just call me, said that is a small matter, because Exora Bold CFE experience the same probs earlier. Their service centre expert to solve this probs. Previous exora bold with the same probs, so far no complaint after they have settle.

He told me, we are bro, any big issue they will 100% help to resolve it.

nope.. mine not yet arrive i go ahead and buy already. the SA even printed me a piece of paper with all the info for the insurance agent to use to apply the insurance.

chronology of event:

Day 1. get chassis n engine number

Day 2. next day go pay dp and get that piece of paper. its a printout of an email to the bank requesting for an e-hak milik submission. in it there is all the detail. In mine he also wrote with pen the cc and sum insured for the insurance purpose.

Day 3. next day i email my agent with a pic of the paper to request for insurance and ncd transfer. They email me a form to fill for credit card payment. Later that evening my SA chase for the insurance coz wan to do registration i think. So I request my agent to proceed without NCD transfer first. The transfer will be done later. Got the insurance cover note emailed to me later the same day. I forward it to my SA. Email the previous policy that nite for the NCD transfer.

Mine also arrived showroom today. Dhuang, Rick and Whitelighter ordered White Preve and get receive same time.
That's why or initials is DRW = Dr. White

i read somewhere that, if you buy directly from insurance company, u get 10% off, coz agent earn that 10% comm.
my old car in hometown already sold early this year, and i entitle to ncd 30%.
so i must buy car within 1year to use that ncd 30%. coz they said valid 1yr only.

motortakaful offer 10% discount if buy online. but i don't know whether can be apply for new car insurance or just renewal only.

if i dont want hassle, just let SA do it. after 1st year, then renew with etiqa to get extra 10% off.

err...if pull the latch one time...how long it will lock back??
