When I open the glove box in the test drive unit, it open gradually (slow motion).
But why is my car's glove box simply open without any support (drop down fast)?
Did Proton removed this to solve the "hard to close" problem people was complaining?

Hahaha.. LOL! They're now too committed that's why bro instead of slow, the glove box opens fast this time after so many ppl fucuk them. Hehehehe

More importantly, what are u doing at 2.25AM in the morning still molesting ur car?

akhirnya akan dapat juga kereta solid white preve CFE harini atau esok. selepas menunggu sekian lama dari 14/3/2012 hinggalah 23/5/2012 (lebih 2 bulan). kereta dah sampai dan disimpan di pusat servis SP depan kilang shunsine (setor proton agaknya)

tak sempat follow V8. terlalu cepat nak kejar. last2 i tak masuk forum beberapa hari.

The normal...make sure all the electronic functions properly...lampu, high beam, cabin light, rear and front fog lights...
Side mirrors too...
Check your chassis number...make sure it's correct...
Test everything in your car...glove compartment etc... *but dun go ketuk2 the body la...there never was any tin milo involve in making a body panel...
Free gift, u can kawtim with your SA...
Exterior wise...check the body panel alignment, door open-close gap, boot-lid open-closed position...dun wan your boot to open suddenly while driving...had a couple of cases with members here...
Make sure the user's manual is there, service booklet and also the HU manual...look for the warranty card for your tint also... *for CFEs la...

Check your tyre pressure too...normally it's over inflated...

Couldn't think so much now...too early...
I need my nasik lemak dose first...

the glovebox is much much more easier to close now, close it like a normal car but will scratch the side plastic, i scare later scratch and wear of that part and broke down >< maybe need put some tape or wat to protect the area..

someone mention chan sow lin Eon? where is it? is it the one beside jln tun razak next to VW and Southgate? i also considering go there since near my office. and looks quite big. my dealer recommend some World Car service in bukit serdang. its near my house but its just authorised service center i scared they dunno service Preve. besides, i quite a lot to rectify during 1k....

I service at World Car Service for my 1k mileage early this month. They dont have alignment setting for preve back then. I am the first preve for them. So mostly my problem cannot be solve. Just escalate to HQ. All minor ones.

I didn't notice any different, but actuall this compartment not so convenient because if your key has keychain, you will have to lift up your keychain when you want to close it. Maybe too close to the key hole.

Well, heard from somebody way earlier in this thread forgot which V already that this time around the glove box was designed as VW's cars whereby user will have to pull the latch, hold it, close the glove box & release. We're too accustomed to the fact that ppl just need to push the glove box in order to close it like in the Japs cars.

But, in your case I donno. Never exactly know how can it be easily opened instead of easily closed? Better check it properly though, afraid that if it's too loose you'll need to have it tighten a bit at SC. If you're ok with it then its fine.

oh ya guys! i was molesting my user manual also, and i found that my multi info display cant show outside temperature!!!! anyone of u can? mine only show average speed/fc, instant fc, distance to zero, total travel time, adjust brightness, trip A/B/C!!!!!
