Simple. Just press either side of the arrow button to the max till you get the full focus grid highlighted in green. |

These ultra wide angle lens have got one big issue; You can't protect the protruded lens with lens filter (unless you willing to DIY it).
Or you can opt for the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 9-18mm f/4.0-5.6 Lens. It's half the price and can have lens filter to protect the lens. Here's the comparison charts for "Sharpness & Chromatic Aberration" to help you decide: http://www.dpreview.com/lensreviews/widget...uration.xml%3F4 & http://www.canopuscomputing.com.au/gallery...-hires.jpg.html This post has been edited by S4a: Jun 18 2012, 06:09 PM |

Trust me, you won't be happy with 9-18. You'll for sure aim to upgrade it to 7-14 later the olympus flash can use for panasonic m43 camera? Sorry... Racun mode "ON" already~ |

Anyway, here's what every (90%) OM-D owners faced when we first purchased the camera; We asked for screen protector and "none" are available in the market (malaysia) specially designed/ready-cut for our precious. I was one of them... I got the smaller cheap (free) screen protector applied when I got my baby OM-D from the shop I bought. The (free) screen protector I've got from the shop is small and it did not cover fully on the LCD screen. It makes the screen ugly when viewing the shots.
Then I ordered the "Lexerd Screen Protector" from eBay. The screen protector is ultra thin and ready-cut for OM-D. ![]() The package includes: 1 x Screen Protector 1 x Squeezie Card 2 x Fingers Latex Gloves But the edges looked damn ugly, it did not laminates properly no matter how I tried it. This is how it looked like...: ![]() ![]() I then thought that it'll slowly settle in... But after more than 5 days, it's still looked the same and was very disappointed with the money spent for this item. cry.gif Continue my search and found out that even the 3M screen protector acting the same and it was full of craps in eBay for our OM-D. Then I managed to get myself this: ![]() ![]() I am now more than happy. The film quality is superb and is very easy to apply, no bubbles, no un-sticky edges (like the Lexerd), Crystal Clear (anti-glare also available), will not affect the sensitivity of the touch-screen and perfectly cut. PM me if any of you are interested (promise... It's very affordable) |

QUOTE(joshuayip @ Jun 19 2012, 10:19 AM) I think u got it all wrong bro, the Lexerd Screen Protector is useless. That's why I posted to warn you guys not to buy any of the screen protectors in eBay. You'll get unsticky edges all around like the 2nd and 3rd pictures. They sell it so damn cheap. B'cos it's CHEAP & crappy product. What I'm selling is a new product. Material is 100% made and produced in Japan. They don't sell it out of the country and they don't speak english... but I managed to get quite a bit of their products back and am helping them sell to it here in Malaysia (as a sole distributor).Added on June 19, 2012, 10:51 am QUOTE(joshuayip @ Jun 19 2012, 10:08 AM) It's super easy to apply. As long as there is no dust trapped under the screen protector. I can help you apply if required. This post has been edited by S4a: Jun 19 2012, 10:51 AM |

I shoot only RAW for all my shots. Don't really like the flatness in JPEG. I prefer to choose the perfect shot and tweak it from there.Let discus this on the m43 perspective... It is raw vs jpeg... Which format do u shoot with?... And, why... So far for me, i shoot everything in jpeg, bcoz i like the Olympus jpeg colour and i m a lazy bump... Reason behind all this is, I can rescue over/under-exposed photos if required and no lost of details. I can then convert it to JPEG if needed. Go get yourself a high capacity with super fast performance SD Card(s) you can afford. Don't limit yourself with cheap, slow and in-reliable card(s). I've got myself the SanDisk Extreme Pro 64GB SDXC UHS-I Memory Card (95MB/s). It's costly and it really hurts at first when I bought it. But after first use, I'm very please with it's speed delivered and the huge space I've now got, I no longer need to worry about the amount of shots I'm going to shoot. (DON'T BUY THE 16GB or 32GB SDHC 95MB/s, they are very slow. I'd recommend to get a few of the 8GB SDHC with 95MB/s instead)... Sorry... Can't stop myself from racunning...
