flash i have 2 Nikon Speedlights...will use them in remote mode...
and trigger with OM-D flash...
so flash no need oso...

the only place i can think of with flying birds is by the sea.
else i think u can try Taman Tasik Perdana as well. sometimes there are some flamingoes flying there.

wish i had this during my D3 days...wouldve been great!

but i must say...
with a long lense...like the 12-50...
