Error problem try this , took from blizzard forum

first download http://media.battle.net/downloads/d3-insta...-Setup-enUS.exe
then go to program data (on c drive normally) delete bnet folder.
then put the setup exe in to ur current d3 folder (where u install d3) then click on it.
make sure ur bnet folder was deleted before ur click it.
then the luncher will apper like u hav to install d3 again.
dont worry just install it( it wont install the game but fix the issue, trust )
but make sure u install it to ur current d3 folder then it should work.. good luck

im not clear about mac , I tried this in my windows 8 but it cant work , but I saw many people can work and playing already
