I have some certificates which i need to photocopy, approved true copy and send out. How can I approve the certificates are true copies?

Take stamp, stamp on stamp pad, then stamp on photocopy cert.

Then repeat on another piece...

photocopy your face alongside the certs.

or u can photocopy your picture instead.

commissioner of oaths. in front of vistana there got one DAP guy. he charge sumthing like rm2 per endorsed document.

as i recall, about 4 type of people can certify for you

School Headmaster
Commissioner of Oath
Penghulu
and someone at the balai police (forgot what rank)


all you have to do
>is to meet them
>show them your original cert and photostats
>they will verify and confirm on the stop
>then they will stamp for you


some may charge though.
best is just go to any secondary school (preferably your old school) and as the school head to stamp for you

i think 5pm close - not sure.
is not really an office, is a house. one of those big2 houses beside the road. there is a billboard near the house gate with big DAP logo n sum other logos on it.

oh most of these places close at night right? cannot la go after office hours liddat.

I wonder if polis guy that can stamp is available in the morning.

went to police station, police lady said that only officers can do this and I would have to revisit any police station during office hours. I guess I'll go to the ones near my work place.

For commissioners of oaths, there is a huge cluster of them near the DUN building/little india on lebuh bishop and king. Unfortunately most close at 5 with the rare one extending up until 6.

Added on May 23, 2012, 1:34 pmWent to commissioner of oath, he said they no longer can certify copies or else they will be fined RM1K. Apparently, this rule has been effect for 5-6 years now.

Went to Police Station near work, officers all out of office.

Went to Headmaster, luckily he was there during lunch hour. Stamped and signed my copies and I was out of his school in 5 minutes.
