dunno why suddenly all my cardinal and neon tetras dropping dead one by one. Last weekend i put some charcoal in the filter. only rinsed it a bit to remove dirt. Could this be the culprit?

took it out already last night..and changed about 80% of the water, saw one of the cardinals half dead this morning... hopefully the rest are ok..
