Guys! Wanna ask, is zebra danio an easily frightened fish? Coz i bought 6 of them for my 1.5 feet tank, they are so easily startled when i come near to look at them and when the lights turns on via the timer. They even jumped out of the water. Not only that, they love to stir up the substrate and uproot my glosso! Do any of you danio owners experience this?

Its because of the tannin from your driftwood.. Did you boil it and soak in water for days before putting into ur tank?

Trim those leaves affected with Gsa. Don't scrape dust algae of the aquarium glass, bare with it for 3 weeks let it finish its lifecycle and it will fall right off, do huge water change and they never come back..

Can someone help me identify this species of rotala? Staff in EA MV said its rotala rotundifolia. After it converts to submerged form.. Doesn't look like rotundifolia to me =\

Just bought new plants from East Aqua MV today. When i got home i washed the plants, kept in a pail for like 2hrs before planting. When im done planting, my cherry and amano shrimps died... =\ So i am wondering if their plants was fertilized with anything containing copper!? Sigh...
