Im existing Celcom Xpax prepaid user. Should I register to broadband plan before I used the this VPN?

you can choose to use celcom prepaid with vpn, and this can work. trust me, epahngi vpn give excellent support to celcom prepaid or postpaid.

umobile support or not ?
i use my umobile bb sim in wifi bb modem ..
and use my laptop and android to connect to it ..
so ur vpn can support both laptop and android ?
