Hi my whole diablo id got hack, password reset and my e-mail got change. how can i get back my account. plz help

i tried call but not in servis. maybe need to wait ( 10 PM – 11 AM Singapore Standard Time), 7 days a week. 10 pm then. Faking who ever stole my id

I already got my account back and change all my e-maill password/ d3 password.
The problem is now my billing address also reset to US resident ( i register as Malaysia ).

Anyone got hack 2nd time? or should i change my e-mail address too. Thank in advance.
