Hi guys, i had visited Japan last month for a vacation, went pass a headphone store, quickly got attracted by Final Audio Adagio V, very nice design and unique packaging, after i tried it, now it has become my companion in my portable rig rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Was wonder there isn't any Final Audio Fan Club here, so i decide to take the initiative to invite all the Final Audio Design User, or upcoming user to join for discussion about this awesome brand biggrin.gif biggrin.gif .

Final Audio Design

Official Final Audio Design Website

Changing the Concept of Earphones

Music is “Power.”
This is the basic premise behind final audio design.
It is not just about music constructed out of soft and sweet sounds;
It is “Pianissimo” – deeper than the abyss – and “Fortissimo” – with crushing force.
This is our belief; delivering the sensation and reenactments of the performers’ outpouring of passion.
final audio design is a never-heard-before, Distinctive brand bound to change the concept of earphones.

1974

Kanemori Takai, the current President, founded Final Audio Design when he developed a product line of high-end MC cartridges and booster transformers.
In the 35 years that followed, Final Audio has consistently created new, exciting high-grade products that pursue natural audio playback in ways that exceed one’s common sense. These include “Parthenon” – the super-heavyweight grade analog player that has won the attention of noted worldwide audio magazines, “Music” – the highly-praised high-end amplifier, “DARUMA” – the uniquely designed audio insulater that makes use of ball-bearing mechanisms, and OPUS204 – the stainless Aulhorn speaker that weighs 800 kilograms.

2007-

Began collaboration with Molex Japan, the world’s second largest connector maker, for the development of earphones and speakers.

2009-

Began the sales of the final audio design brand.

with the weight and material they use, it is totally out of usual headphone design concept. they are started towards more user friendly product, such as their heaven, adagio series.

They look shiny and yummy =D

yea, sometimes the size of tips can cause the fitting loose especially when running, so in the end will result in high treble, less bass due to insert inappropriate.

tried the Piano forte x before , gosh they are the live example of ear popsicle,
basically i need to hold them inside my hand and warm them before wearing, if not you get a super weird feeling.

Finally test out the Adagio II, like the sound. Something that I want. Was looking for a clear sound with bass as my Hippo shroom EB just clear only and lack of bass. Adagio II pair with E6 sound better too. Previously was thinking the Klipsch S4, think now I prefer this.

But then test the Adagio V which is even better. Better bass and still good clear vocal sound. But I think price is way out of my budget.

Congratz for your new found love, Adagio II has bass and detail, pretty awesome job with that, updated first page for user =D

yeap tried it once in Jaben before, i guess it is the VIII if i'm not wrong.
Retail for around Rm4k, i get shocked on how they present in mid vocal...
i'm pretty sure there isnt any earphone sounds like that.

they have the most expensive universal in ear and earbud in the world, both categories price exceed the brands we saw in the market such as shure, westone etc.
Sound wise? splendid and nontraditional, you get a total new experience, and yet they are very specific on their "compatible" music genre.
Basically they can't handle rock, RnB or fast, bass music.
Vocal is their strong point.

you can try their new Adagio Series, it was designed to suit the music that their high ends cant achieve.
