Is the RM999 Digi plan only for online registration? Will the price be increased if I do not sign up for this deal?

If its 48 plan then i''ll grab it. 1GB is enough for me hence 3/5GB is too much for me. Is it worth waiting for digi to launch the plan for 1GB or the price wont differ much if I sign up now for either of the plan

My friend keep claiming that Digi coverage and service is very poor. Always drop call and slow speed especially inside mall. Any existing users care to clarify?

Sorry for the question, is Digi Smartplan inclusive of free call or SMS? Or it only includes data and sms and call is charged separately?
