S3 delay in home button because of voice talk.. It's waiting for you either you want to go home screen or wait for 2nd click for voice talk.. Imagine you want to voice talk, you double click home button but it goes to home screen because fastest processor.. Sure geram 1.. That's why double click for apple device home button is multi tasking task..

Ya.. Sure Samsung just replace the voice talk with s-voice and same way, double click..
S2 also delay awhile when click home button because it's same..

It's ok actually, but for some peeps, they wonder why got delay when click it.. The reason is s-voice/voice talk.. They want it fast like apple home button, click and double click..
