design is pretty subjective topic and there is pro and con for both

yeah, it is pretty subjective. but alot of my friends prefer HOX design over SGS3 design.

but still, SGS3 have alot of advantages over HOX.

I remembered reading an article a few months ago mentioning about this phablet. I think SIII is still a phone, those like Galaxy Note, Optimus Vu are considered as phablets

IMHO, anything above 5"-6.5" is phoneblet. below 5" is still a phone.

Although there is no official definition on what phablet is, generally in the tech world, it is accepted that it's smaller than than most tablets being have to be smaller than 7" and bigger than 5". Something that is smaller than 5" like the S3 is not a phablet but is still a phone.

When asked whether the S3 will affect Note sales, Samsung said that the Note is in a totally different market than the S3 in which the S3 is a smartphone while the note is a niche market on it's own.

er...i think only hardware differences can consider as features, software wise is not. For example like different screen resolution & chipsets...

Nope, it's cooked into the S3's ROM by samsung. You'll lose all this features if you flash a custom rom unless the rom has it as well.
Who knows if Samsung will implement it into the note in a future update but for now, no.

the features will remain unless you flash aosp/aokp rom

Or if the ROM cooks. make a stripped version of TW rom.
