I am on unifi 5mps and it seems asia server has the lowest ping.

Asia - 150-350 ms (Logout means queue -- suk)

Europe - 250- 500 ms (I got it below 200 ms yesterday morning but not today)

US - 400-800 ms (I would play europe rather than US cuz too many red ping - strangely ping test to US server gave me only 300 ms)
