I was once compare btw GR n SEG, same price in SEG is link house GR is semi d. After I went to both place and compare between their features and living environment.. I gave up "Semi D". In terms of Living environment, landscape and future potential ..memang SEG win far far away than GR. sorry to GR supporter , just my own choice n opinion.

I like township than small community. At least more family outing activities, bigger landscape and safe. No doubt SH high-end but only 98 acres.. No right or wrong, some ppl like exclusive among their community; some ppl like me like bigger township coz more natural landscape.

That's y I said it's only my own choice n opinion. SEG just handover their 1st phase, another few months u can see what's the different between GR and SEG.. I mean natural landscape and features. I believe it will be very obvious after 1st phase owner move in. Again I'm not saying GR not good, but if u compare natural landscape... SEG really do better job.

Cyber only 7ksf land, to me ok la~ more concern on the project develop itself than where it's located in cyber. If future maintain & manage good, stay in or invest also better value.

Education is good enough... Although D'pulze mini, but more crowded than malls in putrajaya. Putrajaya not allow night-life, no alcohol nor "bak ku teh", and also can't really have dogs as pet...no offence to muslim friends. Cyberjaya also MNC area with lots of expacs, public transports is good..coming soon another hospital where recently announced in newspaper. properties market value higher and rental market higher too

Whole cyberjaya 7k plus acres land area only wor, so difficult fm east to west north to south meh? Since also can move in to be cyberian then should be ok within cyber to cyber area la... Haha.. But actually I want close to union school, can cycling send my kid there 😆😆😆
