Sometimes when people just seem not getting the right message. GR got 50 acres of public park next to it. It beat all whoever else in cbj.

I think the same happen to all projects where repeat buyers will have the advantages. Btw, in case u not aware, u need to know which is the first project in CBJ by top 10 developer?

Still can survive, but there are those who really make no sense.

U see gr is the first g n g project in cbj. That time, walou ah, it come from all angles. Some even said it will not be complete coz nobody stupid enuf to buy.

Ccc is the future cbj. Thus gr got the advantage. To access mex, gr got the same connecting. Rather via mex to set and to gr, do not vary a lot. In fact with good n wide highway, it doesn't matter whether u in set or gr. But then, if u want second option to KL, then gr will be the better location
