Won't lar... I think the buyer will drop their rental to 50% of their demand price... If their holding power strong, then maybe they will leave it vacant... But I think it's not wise to do so... Quite risky at GP, coz build for student... If Uni around cyberjaya intake about 30k-50k annually then will be fine

i agree... base on location strateginess.. and the market range.. its not wise to enter.. its bcoz they r giving too attractive offer... so everybody rushing in... where to find 280k++ with fully furnished?
