bro, ur pc running on high octane at 5.5ghz air? juz turn on Vsync to cap the fps at 60fps instead of letting diablo to constantly run your gc at above 90% usage.u can use evga precision x or msi afterburner to monitor your gc temp ingame.
for cpu u can use Hardware monitor or aida x64
