starting salary average around 2.5k...but after confirm all asst mgr become 3k+..benefit? ok lor..all provide as usual (in estate house free,bill free etc) but beware on your mind,working in estate culture not same as working in normal condition..i dont want you regret later LOL hmm.gif anyway IOI got jump stone for planter cool2.gif

culture?hum..working in estate environment like u're working in before merdeka.haha..people surrounding u mostly low mentality due to education..very hard to control them mostly local staff..regret?? dont know LOL..depends on you la.but my opinion,just try if u a freshie,gain some experience brows.gif

yes..actually my first job is Cadet Asst Mgr for IOI Plantation rclxms.gif but i;m resign bcoz got a job in banking sector till now cry.gif

as an engineer u will have a good future regardless , just work hard and smart biggrin.gif

anyway most of the managers (age 50++) that i know their EPF all got minimum 1 million

just read the pro and cons in the link previously n decide if u wanna join smile.gif
if hesitate better dun join coz u wont last long

normally u just work 8 to 7 pm then go home watch a few hours of TV (or any other activities) then sleep
the cycle will cont for the rest of ur career

No internet (depends on location if lucky then gt)

Ur frens n family far away from u (one of my fren lost his GF coz always in the estate)
from my experience not much people can stand that kind of life

IF u like fishing or outdoor activities then the situation wont be that bad
alot of place to fish in the estate biggrin.gif

up to u to decide what best for u

hmm.. cadet assistant will be paid how much.. may i know.. if confirm alrd, get till 3k or 2.5k only.. stay in estate is ok for me, but sacrifices need return ma.. if fresh graduate salary can till 3k, then can think about it.. thanks for any who answer my question icon_question.gif icon_question.gif
