For better protection in all ways Internet Security is best suite to consider because it has many features like firewall, antispyware and many other useful features.

You should read this reviews or rating i guess..

nowadays..when using computer half of the resources already used for protection. Antivirus, antimalware, internet security, firewall and so on.

What I always advice people is get a basic antivirus software like MSE or Avast free. But if have budget to get pro version then it's better. Use windows 7's firewall. It's good enough already.

But the most important of all is to practice self regulatory. Be aware of your own usage. Don't simply click links or open files and so on. This is the best way to avoid viruses.

Best analogy I can think of is driving car and fuel consumption. People say buy this and install this and that into the car for saving petrol. But ultimately, best way to save petrol is yourself driving attitude and your right foot.
