not recommended to ask cyber friend to buy it for you,if he chargeback, you got hacked. you won't be able to recover your account as you have no proof that it belong to you since your id and billing add is different.

not to mention you can't use RMAH as you need to tie your mobile phone number from msia

just go out and buy the box copy instead, less hassle in the future for you if anything goes wrong
