Naturally I can't offer any constructive views on the game as I've yet to play it, but from visiting various forums and watching countless gameplay videos on YouTube, I can safely conclude that it's not the game I want. You can say all you want that it's not Diablo 2 2.0, but it's the unfortunate truth that that's what most of us Diablo fans want. And again sadly, I now know why Call of Duty sells well even if it's just the same iteration every year, they can't afford to lose customers by risking too many design changes, but I digress.

Sure I'll be playing the game, I never miss playing big releases of the year, but what would it prove when you have this RPG that is a shadow of it's former self (again, entirely my own opinion) when I can get Torchlight 2 AND Grim Dawn, of which advertised since the get go to scratch that Diablo itch Diablo 3 would never do, for two thirds of D3's price, MINUS the always online DRM?
