I can tell you it's much harder to look for public pool that offer full pool where you must constantly stay afloat... oh wait, what's your height? standard depth would be around my rib height, around 3~4 ft?

most of the pool i read through online(i havent go and check it out myself yet) are normally different depth along the pool, from 4ft-7ft... are most public pool like this? i am around 5ft 5, 4ft sound good for me =)

So far as I know The Club Damansara is 50m long, and all the way 4ft depth. There are suitable for beginner who want to try 50m long.  thumbsup.gif

It is open for public, but entry fees is not cheap. RM10.60 included GST, optional for Locker + Tower charge RM1, deposit need pay RM10 (Will return to you while check out).

Oh ya, that is one thing you must have One Card from 1 Utama. Then you need to top up money inside the card from The Club counter. A bit complicated, haha.

The environment & facility is super B, so far is the best place I swim before.  thumbup.gif

if you're still looking for any swim coach, swim smooth is recommended, i didnt attend only TI malaysia class, but i myself is a product of swimsmooth, i can barely crawl myself over 50m pool 1 and half year back, now i swim at 2:06/100m threshold & still improving, completed multiple open water swimming event, and i only meet my coach every few months. No joke.
